Ricco Coffee Company Terms of Supply

These Terms of Supply (“Terms”) establish the agreement between the Subscriber or Purchaser (“you” or “the customer”) and Ricco Coffee Company (“we” or “the company”) regarding the supply of coffee products and related services. By subscribing
to our service our products, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

1. Subscription Services:

  • By subscribing to our service, you agree to receive regular coffee product shipments based on your selected subscription plan.
  • The frequency and duration of shipments may vary depending on your chosen subscription plan.
  • You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the shipping information you provide, including the correct delivery address and contact details. Please inform us promptly of any updates or changes to your shipping information.

2. Billing and Payments:

  •  By subscribing to our service, you authorize us to charge the designated payment method for recurring subscription fees as specified in your chosen subscription plan.
  • Unless expressly stated otherwise, the subscription fees will be invoiced in advance at the commencement of each billing cycle.
  • You bear the sole responsibility for maintaining accurate and current payment information. Neglecting to do so may lead to the suspension or termination of your subscription.
  • Prices for our coffee products and subscription plans are subject to change, and any changes will be communicated to you in advance.

3. Cancellation and Termination:

  • You have the right to cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations must be made before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for subsequent shipments.
  • You have the option to cancel your subscription either through your account settings on the My Account page or by reaching out to our customer support team.
  • We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your subscription in the event of a breach of these Terms or if we suspect any fraudulent or unauthorized activities associated with your account.
  • You may put your subscription account on hold at any time. We will retain your current subscription plan and will reinstate it upon your notification. To avoid the next shipment and charges, you must put your account on hold before the next billing cycle.

4. Product Quality and Returns:

  • While we strive to provide high-quality coffee products, the availability of specific coffee varieties or flavors in each shipment cannot be guaranteed due to the nature of the subscription service.
  • In the event that you receive a damaged or defective product, we kindly request that you contact our customer support within a reasonable timeframe. Our dedicated customer service team is available to provide assistance and explore
    appropriate solutions based on the circumstances, which may include options such as product replacement or refund.
  • As outlined in these Terms, coffee products are not eligible for return if damaged in shipment or defective. We offer free replacements for any products that are damaged or defective.

5. Intellectual Property:

  • All intellectual property rights related to our coffee products, packaging, branding, and content provided on our website and other platforms are the company’s property.
  • You acknowledge that all intellectual property owned by the company, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, and copyrighted material, is protected and shall not be reproduced, modified, distributed, or used without obtaining the prior written consent from the company.

6. Limitation of Liability:

  • The company shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, our products or services, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. This includes damages such as lost profits, loss of data, or business interruption.
  • We make no warranties or representations regarding our coffee products’ accuracy, reliability, or suitability. We also disclaim all express or implied warranties to the fullest extent permissible by law.

7. Governing Law:

  • These Terms of Supply will be governed by and in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the company operates, specifically Orange County, California, United States without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

8. Modifications:

  • We retain the right to make amendments or revisions to these Terms of Supply at any time. Any revisions or alterations to these Terms of Supply will take effect immediately upon their publication on our website. It is your responsibility to check for any updates or modifications to these Terms.
